1.1.1. Forgotten Login Name / Password Screen
If you've forgotten your password or never received a user id and password combination to log into the site, you can ask your Bridge Nursery network administrator. The same user ID and password apply to the full web site as well.

Users are strongly advised to use only this to step back through the online ordering system, and not use the browser's back button.

 First NameThis is the field where the user enters their first name to set up a new account, following their company's or employer's procedures.

Password Reset RequestThe user clicks this button to submit their request for either a password reset or a new user request, which encompasses the password reset request too.
