1.3. Order History

The user can look up their order history to see what the status is with each of their orders - whether they're in process, or complete. These orders only show up after they are submitted, of course. Unsubmitted orders may be viewed through the Product Search screens' My Cart button, and through the Order View (Cart) screens' Order History menu item that's found when the user clicks Menu Open/Close button to open it up.

1. Application Back Button
This is the position of the Back Button for this application. No matter what image may be displayed, it always overlays the Back button when in this position.
Users are strongly advised to use only this to step back through the online ordering system, and not use the browser's back button.

This button takes the user back to their open order, to view items currently in their cart.

Extended Product

Opens up the filter menu to allow the user specify the extended filters that should apply, and to have precise control over what they want to see.

Open or close the menu items that allow a logged-in user to move ar0und the Online Ordering System provided by Bridge Nursery without losing their work.

Such an order can still be cancelled (see the Cancel Order button description).

The date and time that the order was put into the status it currently occupies.

Open / Close

Clicking on an order header allows the user to see the details of that particular order, clicking on the header again will close up that order.

Cancel Order

Only for orders with a status of 'Placed' does the system allow them to be cancelled. Clicking on this button accomplishes that by clearing all items from the order and abandoning it.

Processed

Order is being processed by Bridge Nursery, and cannot presently be touched by the user. No order that is past the status of 'Placed' may be edited.
